In addition to this, it’s a wonder drug that sets a lot of things into the right place. Although, many people don’t believe music as healing. It contributes to treat pain and depression problems. Nowadays, every other individual is suffering from these problems.

Depression is a very common problem that causes unnecessary changes of mood along with exasperation and loss of interest and pleasure.

A systematic review claims that healing power with music therapy is more effective in comparison to treatment as usual (TAU) or psychological therapy alone. Music therapy is basically an intervention that calls for regular meetings with a proficient therapist. It helps in improving moods. It is done through emotional expressions and is carried out by using songs, sound frequencies, and rhythms.

Also, the therapists use a special tool called the Tibetan singing bowl. It is a type of bell that vibrates and produces a rich, deep tone when played. It generates positive vibes which can enrich even the smallest of the cell in the body. The therapy proves to reduce the depression symptoms and anxiety further helping to improve functioning.

Undoubtedly, it plays a very important role in people’s lives in many different ways.


Evidently, music therapy has been consequently used as a therapeutic intervention since the 18th century. Thus making it healing power. Moreover, the healing power of music is more to be known in the coming years. And it’s going to continue gaining more significance in various forms of life.
