Chinese electronics giant Huawei has launched its new fitness band- Huawei Band 6 in India. Since the controversies with the US, the company has gone underground for about a year.
But with the new fitness band, the company is gearing up to become active. Let us discuss the price, specifications, and availability of the new Huawei Band 6 below:
Huawei Band 6: Specifications
The new Huawei Band 6 comes with a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with 194×368 resolutions.
The screen-to-body ratio of the device is 64-percent, which is pretty good. As per your choice, you can customize the band’s styles and faces from the company’s Watch Face Store.
Being a health-oriented fitness band, you can expect almost all the features in the new Huawei Band 6. It sports 96 different workout modes, 24/7 heart rate monitoring, and four sleep state tracking.
It includes deep sleep, REM, light sleeping, and napping. So, you can better understand your sleep patterns and quality.
Not only this, Band 6 comes with SpO2 monitoring that alerts you via vibrations if it gets too low. The band also has the feature of tracking the menstrual cycle.
Besides these features, you can view the incoming calls, control music playback, and get weather updates. Further, it can capture photos using your phone’s camera. But your Huawei phone should run on EMUI 8.1 or later to use this feature.
Chinese giant Huawei claims the Band 6 to have 2 weeks of battery life with a full charge.
Also, it gives you 2 days of battery backup with only 5 minutes of charging, which is pretty dope. But if you’re a moderate to heavy user, you can expect a battery life of around 10 days.
Price and Availability
The new Huawei Band 6 comes in four color options, Graphite Black, Amber Sunrise, Sakura Pink, and Forest Green.
The fitness band will go on sale exclusively on Amazon India from July 12. It will retail at Rs 4,990 in India.
The company is also offering a Huawei Mini Bluetooth Speaker priced at Rs 1,900 free of cost if you purchase the band between July 12 and 14.
