Several hours ago, The saga of the MDH owner came to an end. For the last three weeks, Mr. Gulati was receiving treatment in Delhi Hospital. In the early hours of today’s morning, he sustained a cardiac arrest. The great soul deceased at 5:30 am.
Short History of Mr. Gulati
There is hardly anyone who isn’t aware of him. Generally, the masses called him “Dadaji”, “Mahashayji” and many other reputable nicknames. Dharampal Ji was born in Sialkot, Pakistan in the year 1923. In the early days of his life, he left his schooling and aligned in his father’s business.
During the India and Pakistan partition, he went to live in India. Before migrating to Delhi, he stayed at a refugee camp in Amritsar. Subsequently, he laid the foundation of his spice empire by opening a shop in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Later, (In 1959) he sets up MDH masala as his brand.
His company not merely in India but also affirmed its position in the UK, Europe, UAE, Canada, and several other nations worldwide. On the top, Mahashay Ji was honored with Padma Bhushan in 2019. It is the third-highest civilian award in the nation.

Mr. Rajnath Singh, Defense Minister of India tweeted his compassion to Mahashay Ji. Moreover, he states that being a small scale businessmen in the early days, Dharampal Ji established his unique image. He was very much active in social works and that too his last breath. I pay my condolences to his family.
