Meanwhile, also helping patients to recover following a heart attack or stroke. They also use social media to bring awareness to everyone. Some famous monuments opted to go red to show their support.

The theme for the year 2020 is ‘Use Heart to Beat’. We all are stuck in unpredictable times. However, the times of COVID-19 has already made us all realize the importance of doctors, health workers, nurses etc. Because they have been fighting against the deadly virus very closely to shield the citizens. The theme inspires everyone to use their heart to think for their health, to influence and for compassion. Therefore, this will allow them to think about their present and future to change for a better quality of life and a healthy life.

Spreading awareness about the cause is the only thing this day demands. Therefore, we can spread awareness through various ways – joining webinars, having debates, charities, donation, resolving to worship our bodies and take care of it.

Anything little can make a great difference in someone’s life it’s just we need to lend our hands out and keep our hearts open for humanity.
