Jio launched an Emergency Data Loan Plan of 1GB for Prepaid Customers

India’s major telecom company, Jio, has recently launched an Emergency Data Loan plan for its prepaid customers. The company keeps on launching attractive plans, like Cricket plans or Work from Home plans, etc.

 To satisfy the needs of customers in today’s scenario, Jio has come up with a new emergency data loan plan.

You can avail of this offer in an emergency when you run out of the data in your current plan. Let us tell you in detail below:

Reliance Jio Emergency Data Loan Plan

Under the new Jio Emergency Data Loan offer, customers can recharge their mobile phones and pay later.

For every loan plan of 1GB data, you have to shell out Rs 11. The company offers you up to five data loan packs of 5GB of data costing Rs 55. So, it is your choice to avail of the offer one or five times.

You must note that the data you will claim will be linked to your current plan validity. Further, if you don’t have an active Jio plan, you won’t be able to enjoy this offer.  

Claim Jio the Loan Pack

You can claim Jio’s emergency loan pack right through the MyJio app on your smartphone.

You can download the app through the Play Store or App Store for your Android and iOS smartphones respectively. Currently, only Jio SIM users with smartphones can avail this offer.

Steps to avail Jio Emergency Data Loan Pack:

  • 1: Open the MyJio app on your smartphone and tap ‘Menu’ on the left side of the home screen
  • 2: Go to the plan options and select ‘Emergency Data Loan’ and click the ‘Proceed’ banner
  • 3: Select the ‘Get Emergency data’ option from the page
  • 4: Tap on ‘Activate now’ and enjoy the benefit of data loan
