Archer’s too is one of the most competent in India. Also, we have world-level archers in the para categories. They have brought laurels to the country in different athletic competitions organized at different times in the past. One of the most famous of them is Rakesh Kumar, who has won the gold medal in the world ranking Tournament organized in Dubai this year. Other archers include  Shyam Sundar, Vivek Chikara and Harvinder Singh, and Jyoti Baliyan.

Shooting-

Avani Lekhara in the shooting range is someone to watch out for. She could get the Indian Flag hoisted as she stands on the podium.

Ekta Bhyan is also someone to look out for.

Though a lot of the para=athletes do not have a previous track record and are not as popularly known, they too are India’s pride. This is a known fact.
