Micromax In 2b to launch in India on 30 July, Read Details
Micromax is all set to launch its fourth smartphone, Micromax In 2b, on 30 July since the comeback in 2020. The Indian smartphone brand has announced the launch date of the smartphone on Twitter. Further, the company revealed the first look and design of the smartphone on social media.
As per the company, the upcoming Micromax In 2b will not hang like many other entry-level smartphones. The smartphone will be sold exclusively via Flipkart and e-commerce has set up a dedicated microsite for the same.
Expected Features of Micromax In 2b
According to the available information, Micromax In 2b will be powered by a MediaTek mid-range processor and backed by a Mali G52 GPU. The Indian smartphone company claims that it will provide 30-percent better graphic performance than other smartphones in this segment.
So, it is clear that the company is aiming to launch the smartphone with slightly better specs and features than the competition.
The first look of the smartphone shows a waterdrop notch display with an adequately thick chin at the bottom. At the back, it has a rectangular camera array consisting of a dual-camera and flash. The backside of the upcoming Micromax In 2b seems to be made up of polycarbonate with some sort of glossy finish. The company’s teaser also reveals that the smartphone comes in three colors; blue, green, and black.
The launch event of Micromax In 2b will start at 12 noon on 30 July. As per the reports and listings, the smartphone will have a 5,000mAh battery that offers up to 160 hours of music playback. The rest of the features will be revealed at the launch event. By the looks of it, the smartphone seems to be an entry-level smartphone.
So, the company is looking to compete in the sub-10k segment. The software experience is one of the biggest advantages the company has over the competition. But, we have to wait and see if customers will like the smartphone or not.
