Charges against Raj Kundra
Raj Kundra has been charged with deception as well as “obscene and indecent marketing and exhibitions.” Despite this, he is facing prosecution under the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act and the IT Act. As a result, he might face a sentence of 5 to 7 years in prison.
A UK based company uploaded the porn films. Kundra and his brother, according to reports, founded this corporation in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, according to some sources, they used to film porn in India and then upload them to the United Kingdom via WeTransfer. These are then made available as paid smartphone apps. According to the police, they used to make promises to models in exchange for a role in a film. They, on the other hand, force them to make pornographic videos.
